The beginning of this decade started with me in college, clueless, and not knowing what the hell I wanted to do with my life. Fast forward 10 years and couple of birthdays later and I still have no clue. Truth is, we’ll never really “figure it out”. And that’s ok. No matter how sure we are of our path, life always finds a way to throw a wrench in our plans. Sure, I know a little more than I used to and I have a better sense of who I am and what I want to achieve. But in actuality, we are all constantly trying to figure it out, building and rebuilding, scraping for answers when things go wrong and never imagining when the good times would end.
2019 has been one hell of a ride. I’ve experienced the highest highs and the lowest lows in my career this year. I’ve traveled a lot less, spent less time on social media, and slowed down my creative output. But somehow it’s the busiest and most productive I’ve ever been in my life. Grateful and hopeful, I’m extremely looking forward to 2020 and moving on to the next chapter.
Here are a couple of photos from 2019. Completely random and not a top ten of any sorts but all represent meaningful moments, big and small, throughout the year that I’ll always treasure.
As always, thank you for all your support throughout the year and wishing everyone a happy new year. See y’all in 2020!
