Today’s brekkie was probably one of my favourites so far oh MY GOD IT WAS GOOD 🍫 chocolate and raspberry baked oats, topped with onken vanilla yog, more raspberries and choc shot!!!
Also new and improved recipe!!!! Add 1 egg white to give it even more of a raise!! If you are a vegan you could try a chia egg instead 🤩
🤍 35g oats
🤍 70ml almond milk
🤍 1 egg white (or chia egg for vegan alternative)
🤍 1/2 a mashed banana
🤍 1 tsp Greek yoghurt (or vegan alternative)
🤍 1 tsp cacao powder
🤍 1/2 tsp baking powder
🤍 large handful of frozen raspberries
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
🤍 handful of raspberries
🤍 peanut butter
🤍 @onken vanilla yog
🤍 @sweetfreedomuk choc shot
🤍 Preheat the oven to 190 c (fan) - you might need to google the alternative if you have a diff kind of oven as I’m not sure sorry!
🤍 Simply combine all the ingredients above (except for the toppings)
🤍 line a small dish (or mini cake/pie tin) with baking paper, and add the mixture
🤍 bake in the oven (190 c) for 30 minutes!
🤍 let this cool for 5-10 mins before removing it from the tin (or you can always just eat it out of the tin!)
🤍 add your toppings and enjoy!
