*LEARN HOW TO PINCHA/FOREARM STAND* (how I learned to)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 - Dolphin pose push-ups. Really push through your forearms and don’t let your shoulders collapse ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 - Dolphin plank inch worms (my favorite😬). Hold a forearm plank, keeping your core tight. Walk your legs up, getting your thighs close as you can to your chest ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3 - Use the wall to find your balance point. Can add a strap around your elbows to keep them from bowing outward. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4 - practice kicking over and holding your pincha to build strength without the fear of flipping over 🤪
