Gym’s closed and working from home means a home workout this morning. Disregard the hovering pup. Kept it simple and did all bodyweight. I don’t have much in terms of equipment at home and you don’t need to either to get a good workout in! Sure, I’m a gym girl. I prefer to get my butt in the gym; it’s where I thrive, but I can appreciate the simplicity of a home workout as much as the next person. HIIT BOOTY- quick and fun! I actually started on the treadmill today doing some steady state cardio, and like three minutes in I started cramping up and feeling like sh*t. 😖😖Sometimes this just completely discourages me and I go back to my condo and call it quits till the next day, but today I eased my way into this workout. 💪🏽I used small weights and did a little bit of upper and lower body work together (like a full body warm up) then I started this high intensity workout and felt amazing doing it! 🤗Moral of the story is sometimes a small twinge of pain or exhaustion can discourage you from working out, but all you need to do is slowly ease your way into the intended workout and go hard after. If you're hurting after a longer workout, maybe save the workout for the next day. If not, get it girl!!! Do each exercise for 10 reps each, for 3 sets and you will be sure to be sweating 😅😅 1️⃣squat to elbow-knee touch 2️⃣jumping squats 3️⃣Straight leg deadlift to squat 4️⃣in and out jumping squats 5️⃣plie double squat pulses to stand 6️⃣half squat leg tap backs 7️⃣butt kicks @growwithjo

Busting out of a US 44L (UK 44HH) to a US 32H/I . I present you with why I argue (and get a bit upset) whenever I see the frequent comment “You’re so lucky you kept your boobs! I’m so jealous!” Ummmm no no, honey! I sure didn’t keep them, and I promise that you would not be jealous if you knew how they looked without a bra! . PSA: I STRONGLY advise against saying to someone how “lucky” they are for X, Y, or Z in relation to their body after weight loss because: 1️⃣ You never truly know from just seeing a picture, and 2️⃣ you’re most likely not comparing apples to apples. It’s all about perspective! Starting out as an overflowing L cup, of course my chest is still going to be big after weight loss compared to someone who started as a C or DD. That doesn’t mean I didn’t lose a TON of weight there or that they look good or normal still when they’re not covered by clothes. In fact, I’ve lost most of the volume in them and I swear they’re mostly loose skin at this point. They are hands down my biggest insecurity! . With all that being said, I would NEVER trade the good health that I’ve gained through this process to get my “good boobs” back. Just like the rest of the loose skin all over my body, it’s trivial compared to being 28 years old and in constant physical pain from carrying over 350lbs around on my 5’1” frame.
