Remember when I shared that pineapple 🍍 sorbet and I asked what flavor ice cream 🍦 I should make next??? 🤔😋 Sooooo many of you requested that I make an avocado ice cream so I knew it had to happen. Stat. Friends, avocado ice cream is the real deal. 😍 It is creamy, rich, smooth, and surprisingly light and refreshing. Not my usual type of food pic, I know 🤣, but it’s not every day I’m visiting #NewYork with my oldest girl for the 1st time. Y’all had SO MANY amazing food recommendations in yesterday’s post I’m already planning out my next NY trip 🙃🥰. Btw this bagel 🥯 was absolutely amazing and everything I dreamed about. 😍 We enjoyed our breakfast in @bryantparknyc with some fabulous weather before more sightseeing and, of course, more food 🤷‍♀️. One of my fave go-to snacks is THIS ☝️☝️☝️ Greek yogurt bowl. 😍 It is so filling, full of texture and flavor, and is high in protein and fiber (which are basically all of my requirements for a good snack). I have it most days when I’m home for snack and I can just easily throw it all together. I use full fat @fage unsweetened Greek yogurt, @Costco frozen organic mixed berries, @purely_elizabeth granola, @wholefoods raw pumpkin seeds and natural peanut butter, and drizzle a little @naturenates raw honey for a touch of sweetness. Make these easy peach muffins with a delish crumb topping for a great sweet treat that also happens to be high in protein and low in carbs, if you can believe it!! FACT: Nothing beats Saturday morning pancakes ❤️. I am SUCH a fan of pancakes! 😍  For me, a high stack of fluffy pancakes, topped with slowly melting butter and dripping with syrup is what dreams 🙌 are made of.⠀⠀Now that I follow a #cleaneating lifestyle, I don’t partake in quite as many diner-style leaning towers of pancake escapades as I used to BUT that doesn’t mean I don’t still get my yummy pancake fix!⠀⠀Believe it or not, pancakes can easily fit into your clean eating plan.
