This is fantastic for Ramen or dipping into Chinese Hot Mustard. Torched the skin into chicharrones with my @bookeranddaxlab #searzall torch!

@ryepat getting ready to clarify cashew fruit juice with the power of the #Spinzall!・・・ So excited with the result of this super clear and smooth taste of cashew fruit juice. Although the fruit has a naturally bitter taste, we managed to separate the bitterness from the juice using #spinzall Thank you #cookingissues for this wonderful and very efficient #kitchencentrifuge While working in a Coron hotel, we tried using the cashew fruit. From this, we made some really refreshing carbonated drinks.The cashew juice is also good for teriyaki, and white sauces, and is also perfect dip for fish and chips using their local fish surahan/unicorn fish.
