What happened immediately following taking this picture shocked me...

I walked away from the table, after having Mary Young sign my book, and I totally lost it.
โ โ
Iโve met Mary Young once before and Iโve heard her speak several times before. She teased me for asking her to sign a book she didnโt write (I already had two copies of the other book ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ). It was a very sweet moment.
โ โ
But the tears werenโt about that.
โ โ
I was completely overwhelmed with gratitude. Like completely.
โ โ
The years streamed uncontrollably and it was hard for me to talk. And Iโm not a big crier.
โ โ
I am SO grateful that I found essential oils and a deeper path to natural living.
โ โ
I am SO grateful to have found better health and wellness. And even when some days arenโt great, I know so many more days will be!
I am SO grateful that I figured out the horrible impact chemicals were having on my body (the average woman uses 300 chemicals a day and I was definitely in that statistic! Makeup, shampoo, conditioner, hair styling products, laundry....and more). I am SO grateful that I am now empowered to take control of my own health regardless of what others may think or say.
