These delicious steak pinwheel rolls are tender and cheesy and make a delicious keto dinner! Try it to make something delicious and different!.Ingredients:1 lb. flank steak butterflied2 tablespoons oil½ cup onion chopped3-4 cloves garlic minced or crushed4 ounces cream cheese8 ounces sliced Provolone cheese or mozzarella or your favorite melting cheese2 cups baby spinachSalt and pepper to taste.Instructions:Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Butterfly Steak by slicing horizontally across and pounding. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.Heat 2 tablespoons oil to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender and almost golden. Add the garlic and saute for another minute. Remove from and stir in cream cheese until fully combined. You know when your kids are asking for seconds before they’ve finished their “firsts” (of broccoli!), that it’s a good one. Serves 8, Only 6 net carbs/serving. Garlic Parmesan Broccoli with Bacon8 ounces bacon, roughly chopped1 onion, diced5 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 1/2 cups heavy cream1 pound broccoli floretsS&P to taste1/2c fresh shredded or grated mozzarella1/3c fresh shredded or grated parmesan cheeseFresh parsley or thyme for garnishPreheat broiler
Fry the bacon in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Set aside to cool, then chop. Add the onion to the bacon grease, and cook until transparent (about 2 minutes), while scraping up any browned bits leftover from the bacon. Add the broccoli and season with salt and pepper.  Stir occasionally for about 3 minutes, or until vibrant in color. Add in the garlic and stir for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Pour in the cream, reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 3-4 min while stirring occasionally, until reduced. Add bacon. 
Top with the mozzarella and parmesan. Broil until cheese is bubbling and golden, about 2-3min. Season with a little extra salt and pepper, if necessary. Last time I could wear this pixie was 5 and a half years ago... from that time to Jan 2019, I gained about 30 pds = 13.5 kgs. I almost double those losing them (59 pds = 26.8 kgs). I decided to give them a chances this morning... La última vez que pude ponerme este pixie fue hace cinco años y medio, de esa fecha a enero de 2019, probablemente gané 30 lbs = 13.5 kgs. Hoy casi duplico esa cantidad de kgs bajados (59 lbs =26.8 kgs). The number one question I've received in my inbox over the last few weeks is whether or not I exercised during my journey. The answer is yes! The number one question I've received in my inbox over the last few weeks is whether or not I exercised during my journey. The answer is yes! Although exercising is not necessary for weightloss, I personally chose to incorporate it into my routine and lifestyle due to the results and benefits. For starters, exercising speeds up weightloss. I've experienced many plateaus so far and adding a workout or increasing my intervals and or reps has helped me drop the stubborn weight. I think I lost about 60lbs the first 6 months, my biggest, most noticeable difference was the first 3-4 months. From the day I started I kept “wonder how much I’ll lose in a few months” in the back of my head. I saw so many others losing a crazy amount of weight and thought THAT WILL BE ME!!! I literally did nothing but count my net carbs and trust the process. My life improved so much in 6 months. I felt like a haggard old sloppy worm transformed into a beautiful butterfly. I came out of my house more, out of hiding, had energy to take my kids kore places, took interest in shopping bc I fit in regular clothes again, I wore shorts for the first time in years, wore a bikini again 😫😭it was amazing.
