Today’s leg workout tested me and made me want to quit but I kept telling myself “get through this set” and eventually I was finished with the workout. I managed to get in the gym for arm day despite being sick and nursing a cold🤒 How did I get sick in the middle of this hot summer? Probably by leaving my AC on 65 degrees every night for the past two months😅 My electric bill is higher than freaking Joe Rogan himself. I have no regrets tho, I sleep comfortably every night 😴 Anyway here’s today’s tricep workout. När man inser att lillebror inte är så liten längre......Första välkomstdagen på gymnasiet avklarat men även något större(!). Första natten i eget rum nära skolan, där han från och med nu kommer sova i skolveckorna. Stort nytt kapitel för brorsan men även ett nytt kapitel för föräldrarna som inte har något barn kvar hemma i veckorna. Motivation comes and goes, consistency will win the marathon. 😤-What I mean by this is, you’re not ALWAYS going to want to hit the gym, you’re not ALWAYS going to want to hit your macro goals, you’re not ALWAYS going to want to train the same way everyday, but holding yourself accountable, and telling yourself it’s just a phase is a great step to your goals.-For me, it’s my before pics, my family, my friends, my girlfriend, yesterday’s training session, that’s what gets me rolling, but I do lack the motivation at times.-Especially this week, being so busy and being back at school, it’s just a little bump to go over. Adapting to a new system, a new facility, a new schedule, it’s tough, but it’s going to be fine.-How you respond, how you ADHERE to these challenges is what DEFINES you. Not a bad day, not a less nutritious meal, how you DEAL with these challenges will dictate the outcome.-Never losing sight of the bigger picture. 💪🏽-P.S. your mcm probably thinks this is not a lot of weight, but your mcm also doesn’t know how to train, and puts clips on the smith machine. Bye.

💊 MEDICINE BALL MADNESS 🤯 . Can you do push ups? Hell yeah. Want to start taking them to the next level? Obviously, it would be rude not to 😪 we’ve got 5 wild ways to challenge yourself and build your core, chest and shoulders all at the same time 🏋️‍♀️ . 1️⃣ Medicine Ball Push Up @khaled_bakri : Use any size medicine ball under one hand to increase the deficit on one side of your chest. Perform 5 reps then roll the ball to the other side. The deficit allows for more range on one side to increase pec recruitment . 2️⃣ Medicine Ball Pass Push Up @khaled_bakri : This time after every rep, pass the ball to your other hand and perform the next rep. Passing the ball over each time will fire up your core like never before . 3️⃣ Dual Medicine Ball Push up @khaled_bakri : Have a partner roll 2 of the same size medicine balls to you, bounce off perform a push up then bounce back into another push up. If you don’t have a friend (hopefully you do) try the push ups with both hands on the medicine ball . 4️⃣ 3 Point Medicine Ball Push Up: Special thanks to our member @daz_jack for participating in the insanity. Stabilize both hands and 1 foot onto a medicine ball and perform your push up.
