Getting kids to eat can sometimes be a problem, especially when they are on a gluten free diet. But here is what I know – kids love to eat anything that can be dunked into something else and they will almost always eat pizza!⁠⁠This is a super easy, Gluten Free Pizza Breadsticks recipe that can be used as an appetizer or main dish and can even be packed into a lunch box if the kiddos have a way to reheat them briefly (i.e. a microwave).⁠⁠I made these with my family’s favorite pizza combo – pepperoni and cheese – but you could customize this recipe in a number of ways. For dairy free just add shredded dairy free cheese or you can omit it all together. “What is the best diet for fatloss?”⁣⁣The truth is that the best diet for fatloss is whatever diet you will be able to consistently stick to. ⁣There is no heirarchy of fatloss diets, what truly matters is that you are able to remain consistent and your body is getting the nutrients it needs. ⁣⁣Personally I prefer a flexible dieting plan with higher fats than carbs because one I enjoy eating the food, two I like being able to eat flexibly if for some reason I have no food packed, and three my body is much more receptive to a higher fat, lower carb diet. ⁣⁣But it took trial and error to reach this point. Over the past 6 months I have tried the Keto diet, regimented meal plans, high carb and low fat, and high protein. I had dislikes and likes around each diet plan but the common thread was that they felt unsustainable. The determination of the diet being unsustainable was not made off of someone else’s opinion but rather my experience, my preference, and my physical response. ⁣⁣When trying to pick a diet plan and determine if it is working for you keep these things in mind: ⁣⁣- Am I hitting my daily calorie goal? Am I going over or am I way under?⁣- Am I hitting my protein goal, in order support and sustain my lean muscle?⁣- Is my body getting the necessary levels of macro nutrients that it needs in order to function properly?⁣- Is my body getting the necessary levels of micro nutrients that it needs?
