Here it is finally nailed 405lbs for a single rep double board unintentional pause press with alot of finger dancing going on by my main spotter but it was intentional I told him to stay close to the bar and a severe amount of mental and moral support from the board holder to the side spotters and the camera man I appreciate the help alot guys No i cant bench this without the boards yet and if i were to try i would die .... but with the boards i can .... small progress is still progress in the long run Body weight is sitting around 168-170lbs #bodybuilding #powerlifting @jordan14_9 @isaiahcmg24 @judesibila @bigpapa_nate

YATES ROW What is this sorcery?? I partial range of motion lift?? Yes, actually. Yates Row allows for more focus to be put on the traps with a focus on the shoulder blades pulling back. Today was a chest and traps day for me, with this as the first trap-dominant movement.

How to actually find success with your weight loss . ‪There are 5 pillars of success that ultimately matters when it comes to fitness ‬ . Yet we get caught up in all the stuff regarding fitness that gets us sidetracked in our journey towards the healthier lifestyle . 1. Plan ahead for the journey‬ . If you don’t sit down and think about all the things that can (and will) go wrong on your journey, you will be overwhelmed when you run into adversity . 2. Find a way to hold yourself accountable ‬ . find someone that you respect so much that you wouldn’t want to disappoint that person no matter what. (That person can be you) . 3. Find a positive support system ‬ . it makes it so much easier to stay on track when you surround yourself with people with a common goal . Join a group of people that will help keep you motivated . set aside some time to meet up with your group at least 2 times a week . 4. Make relevant goals (why is this goal so important to you?)‬ . to stay away from any vanity goals . (lose X amount of weight, change X body part) . focus on the things that are in your control. . 5. Set an UNBREAKABLE deadline‬ . Now all of this stuff sounds awesome, but none of it means anything if you don’t put the pressure on your self. . The more pressure you put on yourself the more likely you will follow through with your plans to get fit. . I wrote a whole fat loss cheat sheet and I’m giving it away fro free!
