Busted out the Deep Blues because I am having some neck pain. I woke up with a stiff neck #whatami80yearsold Both of these Deep Blue products are amazing! I like to drop a drop of Deep Blue EO first and rub it in. Then I top it off with some Deep Blue Rub. #hurtssogoodToday I tried something new though and it was amazing. I applied deep blue rub right after I got out of the shower while my pores were still nice and open from the heat. It felt amazing. Water tends to drive oils deeper and it did just that. Instead, think about pushing your hips back and getting long through your spine.-3️⃣HIKING YOUR HIPS DURING THE PULL: When you’re initiating the pull off the floor, you want to think about your hips and shoulders rising up at the same rate. If you hips rise up first, you end up using your lower back to complete the second half of the lift, whereas if you keep your shoulders above your hips throughout the lift, you will stay more connected use your legs more than anything!-We hope these tips help you out! Today’s leg/lower body workout. I took it very slow & didn’t get to lift as much as I usually do 😔 Right now I have a neck/back injury that took me by surprise. I’m hoping it’s something minor .. I’m giving myself a week in hopes it kind of heals on its own before going to the chiropractor.
