A few years back, I traveled to Iceland. It was my favourite trip to date. I love the adventure, I love driving for hours and I absolutely love the vast land the country consisted of... Iceland would have to be my favourite place in the world (for now). What are some places worth travelling to? What are your favourite cities/countries that you suggest I explore?

We get shoulder pain for so many reasons. Compression and friction of the vulnerable rotator cuff (pic 1), biological variability (pic 2), and loss of stability (pic 3). These are standard textbook issues. But we can also experience shoulder pain due to motor control issues, breathing issues, referred pain, past trauma, neck strain, hip problems, poor ankle mobility, shoulder blade control weakness ... so yes you have shoulder pain, but is it really a shoulder problem? 🤸🏽‍♀️🤾‍♂️🏋🏼‍♀️

Sustainable fashion isn't all about buying second hand, and it's certainly not about buying cheap. That being said, this is one of my favourite pieces of clothing, and one of the most expensive, at a tidy £120. This is an Icelandic Lopapeysa (literally 'wool sweater') These traditional wool jumpers are worn by most Icelanders and have been a staple piece since the 50s. They are made with no seams to let wind in, and are made of two different types of sheep's wool, which are unique to Icelandic sheep, and makes the jumper both warm and water resistant. The patterned yoke is typical. Although, in modern times, cheaper, factory and mass produced versions have come about, genuine lopapeysa are hand knitted by an association of women all over Iceland, no two are the same and each one is signed by the maker. Mine was made by a lady called Bryndís. This should, if looked after carefully, last a lifetime and is an absolute must during Icelandic winters.
