A key component to our interior design phase involves producing photo-realistic imagery with actual finishes and fixtures replicated in the model. This gives our client complete confidence in their specification and helps to eliminate any trace of doubt. Each element in this render is an actual product that exists on the market.
High level glazing encourages plenty of internal natural light and frames the green outlook to the living areas in ’Canopy’.
Permeable living areas throughout Centurion, specifically catered for Brisbane’s subtropical climate.
A belated congratulations to associate Cameron Minns for recently and deservedly passing his APE assessment to become eligible for the title of Architect in QLD. Cam has been an integral member of the JAA team since the firm was established and has contributed invaluably to the design, visualisation and procurement of the majority of JAA projects. Go you good thang 🕺🏻👨🏻 #itsnotthatsimple

Solid, robust materials encase the stairwell void within Magneto.
The recurring off-form concrete planters at Maison soften the otherwise hardscape building edge and enable residents to reconnect with nature. A relationship that is often sacrificed in high-rise multi-residential buildings.
Open ended living and dining zones in Hitup House encourage cross ventilation and allow internal areas to breathe. The interior styling and finishes within this house promote cool and fresh tones.
Introducing our most unique and innovative multi-residential design to date. “Maison” features five single level apartments and thrives in Brisbane’s subtropical climate through passive design response and a rhythm of green bands to the exterior of the building. @graya_developments @graya @frank.developments @formlandscapearchitects

Magneto - Development Application approved by BCC! Watch this space..
Joe Adsett Architects are excited to reveal the front elevation of a project that has been in rigorous development for some time. Constructed almost completely of an exposed concrete shell, Magneto pushes the boundaries of structural engineering and the spanning constraints of concrete.
